Delicious Green Smoothie

Without a doubt that the healthiest juices and smoothies are the ones that contain greens.  Green leafy vegetables contain the most nutrients. You will immediatley feel energized after drinking a green juice.

This recipe is one of my favorites – even my kids love it!

I’m not one to measure ingredients, especially with juices, so feel free to make any adjustments to suit your preferences.

 

  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Avocado
  • Lime juice
  • Pineapple
  • Ginger
  • Coconut milk
  • Filtered water, to thin out if it’s too thick (optional)
