Make Your Own Vitamin Water!

Did you know that a bottle of Vitamin Water contains over EIGHT teaspoons of SUGAR per bottle?

May people like drinking flavored drinks and may think Vitamin Water is a healthier choice than soda – however, the bottled brand Vitaminwater, owned by Glacéau, a privately owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola company, is unhealthy – to say the least.

Make your OWN vitamin water at home! It’s delicious, refreshing, and way healthier.

There’s no need for sweeteners or chemicals. These waters are delicious and are a great alternative to lemonade or or other sweetened drinks. The possibilities are endless, so don’t be afraid to experiment.  Make sure you use filtered water and organic produce and herbs for these recipes.
