Creamy Cashew Salad Dressing
- 1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk (or other plant milk)
- 1 cup Raw Cashews
- 1 large Lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 or 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- small handful of white rasins (optional)
Put all ingredients in Vitamix and blend until smooth.
