Creamy Cashew Salad Dressing

Bottled salad dressing are usually loaded with unhealthy ingredients. Try making your own instead.
Creamy Cashew Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk (or other plant milk)
  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 large Lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard
  • 1 or 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • small handful of white rasins (optional)

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in Vitamix and blend until smooth.
