I absolutely LOVE starting my day with a smoothie. What an easy breakfast – toss everything in the Vitamix & you’re good to go!
This smoothie gets its island flavor and juicy sweetness from delicious tropical fruits. The coconut oil adds richness that will keep you satisfied until lunch. Spinach is such a mild green, you will barely notice it. Trust me when I say, this is one green smoothie that even the kids will enjoy!
- 1 cup cold filtered water
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 small piece of ginger
Blend all ingredients until very smooth. Enjoy!
*Tip – I like my smoothies very cold, so I add 2-3 ice cubes when blending.
