Chia Seed Breakfast


Want a simple, filling and nourishing meal that only takes a few  minutes? This one really hits the spot. Try warming it up for a yummy hot breakfast – it’s delicious hot or cold!

  • 4 TBSP. Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp. Flax or Hemp Seeds
  • Goji Berries

Let sit for about 3-4 minutes so the chia seeds soften and enjoy!!

Other add ons:

  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Fresh Berries
  • Sliced Apple
  • Raw Almonds, Cashews or Walnuts
  • Unsweetened, dried coconut
