Banana Lettuce Wraps

These make a delicious, healthy breakfast or snack.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Bananas
  • 4 TBSP Raw Cashew Butter or Raw Almond Butter
  • 3-4 large leaves of Romaine or Butter lettuce

Directions:

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Slice bananas and set aside. Spread a little cashew butter or almond butter on the lettuce. Add a few slices of banana. Roll em up & enjoy!
